Sascha Zehe

Sascha, born in May 1983 in Northern Germany, has always been passionate about football, video games, and the realms of fantasy and science fiction, whether found in books, movies, or games of all kinds. After completing his high school education, he trained as a specialist in application development and subsequently moved to Denmark for a few years to pursue a degree in history.

From his teenage years, Sascha nurtured his creative projects alongside his academic and professional endeavors. After earning his Master of Arts, he took on various managerial roles within the IT and gaming industries.

In late 2023, Sascha launched the YouTube channel “The Tale Tinkerer,” as a hobby, which quickly gained traction, reaching over 1.5k subscribers and achieving monetization within six weeks. Encouraged by this initial reception and the ongoing support from his growing community, Sascha decided to pursue his passion full-time and went all-in on his creative ventures in June 2024.

To further his mission, Sascha launched the The Tale Tinkerer portal in July 2024, aiming to share his passion for fantasy writing and worldbuilding. Currently, he is dedicated to completing his fantasy worldbuilding / writing programs and working on his debut novel set in the captivating world of Arlitera. Through these projects, he aims to inspire and guide aspiring fantasy writers to bring their own imaginative worlds to life.
